Important Notice Regarding Cytotron Treatment in India

October 1, 2026 #

NeuroCytonix, Inc. holds exclusive worldwide rights relating to the use of Cytotron technology for the treatment of neurological conditions.

A dispute concerning these rights in India is currently before the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru (AP.IM No. 9/2026, NeuroCytonix Inc. v. Scalene Cybernetics Limited and Others). NeuroRegen Healthcare Private Limited is a party to these proceedings.

Following its interim order of 23 September 2026, the High Court issued a further order on 28 September 2026 addressing the treatment of patients currently using the Cytotron device.

Under the Court’s latest order, the Court expressly ordered that no new patients may be enrolled or admitted for treatment by NeuroRegen Healthcare using the Cytotron device until further orders of the Court.

The Court expressly stated that this order does not constitute recognition or approval by the Court of the validity, efficacy, safety or regulatory compliance of the NeuroRegen treatment.

Patients considering Cytotron-based neurological treatment in India should therefore be aware that, under the current Court order, new patients may not be enrolled or admitted for such treatment until further orders.
